I wanted to play the Doodle Jump tie-in for Hop (2011), so I rebuilt the old App Store. Then I needed something to run it on, so I emulated an iPod.

guy who spent years coming to terms with being a nepo baby only to be told he isn’t one and is now deeply hurt by people refusing to acknowledge his privilege (dad is a regional manager at staples)

Spent today to make a more generic version of this. Still rough around the edges but I'm SUPER happy with this hierarchical navigation concept. It falls back gracefully to a standard NavigationStack on compact size classes.
it’s a shame this app’s update for the Duo was such a lazy cop out. especially since they had a way, way better version about 16 years ago. i spent a couple of hours and made (imo) a far better app experience that actually takes advantage of the screen space.

it should go without saying but this super shouldn’t go to testflight, it’ll very likely get rejected or get your users accounts in trouble. this is just for you to mess around with locally
