This Stroke Prevention Day 2026, we're encouraging you to monitor your blood pressure. That's because high blood pressure is the biggest risk factor for stroke. 💜 If you have a high reading, you can help lower it by making some simple lifestyle changes. Next week, Everyone Health are running Mini MOT's for our Stroke Wellbeing group and Ricardo's Seated Exercise group where participants can get their blood pressure checked amongst other health checks. ❤️🤍

This free drop in event brings together a range of health services and charities offering advice, checks and information to help men look after their physical and mental wellbeing. 🩺 Services attending include: Prostate Specific Antigen test Cancer screening services Smoking advice Mental health charities Diabetes health support Prostate cancer awareness And many more 🎉 No need to book , just come along when you can.
