Is anyone else having issues with @currys? I ordered an item on 20/8/26DHL claimed they attempted delivery on 24/8/26 they didn’t so I cancelled order with Currys that day as needed 2 take away that day. Since then no refund, I’ve contact 5 times 2 resolve &now I’m paying!#Currys

#Currys @BBCTheOneShow Last month my 80yr old mum got a computer at Currys store. When home found not only did it not work but had been cleverly resealed. Luckily we returned following day and got a refund as didn't have any others in stock She went elsewhere and is happy now.

Hey @currys, absolutely unacceptable service today. TV repair collection was booked, driver arrived unprepared, then total no-shows for 2:30pm & 5pm. Spent over 2 hours on the phone transferred between 7 departments, lied to, with zero resolution. Fix this immediately. #Currys
