Yes it is. Junior to the other prefs but dividends secured for by the USD reserve and Strategy's BTC balance sheet prevents any bankruptcy event.
#STRD isn't junk, it's high grade digital credit and I'm glad I get to buy it at these prices before the market realizes it.

Although #STRD is the least senior preferred in the capital stack and typical of its junk-like nature, dividends aren't cumulative. If you believe in btc and strategy, this is a great opportunity to start accumulating with an effective yield of almost 14%.
Balance sheet strength matters. Other companies will make a more senior product in their own capital stack, but it won't be backed by 650k $BTC. Some of them dont even have 10k $BTC yet.
This will change in the future. But for now, @Strategy is where its at.

Why no love for #STRD?
Even though it is just above common on cap stack isnt the risk of default almost zero too.
Covenant aside, optics of missing payment would be catastrophic to the whole flywheel and ecosystem of the fledgling #BTCTC phenomenon ?
