Last Saturday, I had a chance to talk about
#NeuroLinguisticProgramming and some of its tools like
#StateManagement #Anchoring #Calibration #Rapport and
#MetaModel at the
#devnotsummit26 event. It was not one of my best presentations, as I am trying this out for the first time in the developer community, but I believe things will get better over time as the community starts embracing the concept and the practices.
I started the presentation with the "sour lemon", which I intentionally kept the "loop" open (see Nested Loops in NLP), so that people would get a better unconscious perception of the "anchoring" exercise we did at the end.
Lessons are learnt;
- Slides-wise
- Timing-wise
- Presenting-wise
I got a lot of "thanks for the talk" though but like I said, was not one of my best, as I hoped to be.
V2 of this is going to rock, because I know what to do better now!
Thanks for having me at this beautifully held event,
@umutluoglu and the team behind it.
(not AI-written, I swear)
