When there are no laws. Yesterday it was Aadhaar. Today it is Voter ID. Tomorrow it will be something else. In short, a whimsical and lawless country.
The final game is now clear.
Large-scale disenfranchisement, and then linking various public subsidy benefits to new voter ID cards, (not Aadhar or other docs). So they hold a life-and-death power over you now, once you are removed from SIR lists. Their aggression in a mala-fide SIR is understandable from this.

एम्स की कार्यकारी निदेशक डॉ. विभा दत्ता बुधवार को अचानक बेहोश हो गईं। उन्हें तत्काल एम्स की इमरजेंसी में भर्ती कराया गया। शुरुआती जांच में उनका बीपी और अन्य स्वास्थ्य संबंधी रिपोर्ट सामान्य आईं। हालांकि, डॉक्टरों ने एहतियातन हृदय की जांच कराने की सलाह दी।
एम्स में कैथ लैब की सुविधा नहीं होने के चलते उन्हें एंबुलेंस से ग्रीन कॉरिडोर के रास्ते एक निजी अस्पताल ले जाया गया। वहां हुई हृदय संबंधी जांच में भी सब सामान्य पाया गया। फिलहाल वह निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं।

At a time when global healthcare relies on robotic surgery and strict evidence-based science, Indian medical policies are increasingly pushing dangerous 'Mixopathy'. Promoting ancient systems over advanced medical training isn't progress—it is a threat to patient safety.
Let's look at the alarming technical compromises being made:
1️⃣ The Urology Blend: Under terms like 'Ayurvedic Urology', invasive procedures like 'Uttarabasti' for Stricture Urethra and 'Suprapubic' interventions are being allowed without advanced global residency protocols. Modern urology depends on precision lasers and endoscopes; it cannot be replaced by legacy texts.
2️⃣ Prostate Cancer Risks: General surgeons without formal super-specialization (MCh/DNB Urology) are being enabled to perform complex TUR channeling for advanced prostate cancer. Handing over procedures that require years of rigorous residency training to non-specialists is a direct compromise on critical patient care.
3️⃣ NHA & Ayushman Bharat Contradictions: The National Health Authority (NHA) under Ayushman Bharat restricts approvals for crucial modern procedures like PCNL for kidney stones under 20mm. While low-income patients face arbitrary limits on verified modern treatments, non-specialized routes are being actively expanded.
Medical policies must be driven by rigorous clinical evidence and global standards, not emotional or political narratives. The educated youth of this nation will not forgive this institutional neglect of medical science. We deserve globally benchmarked healthcare, not shortcuts.
