Might work through Starshield, but I can't see @elonmusk doing this with Starlink. People who communicate with him about Ukraine have told me that his position has hardened in recent months. Seems immovable on the question of allowing Starlink for strikes inside Russia.
A new Ukraine proposal, pitched to @ZelenskyyUa by US Republican senators (per @WSJopinion, strangely): Ukraine stops bombing Russia refineries for 100 days. In exchange, US expands Starlink satellite coverage up to 300 kms into Russia (so Ukraine can target missile launchers)

Here's the scene at Moscow airports yesterday as Ukraine steps up effort to close Russian air space. Almost 200 flights cancelled or delayed in one day. As we reported yesterday @TheAtlantic, Ukraine spent months preparing this campaign. Now it's started theatlantic.com/national-sec…

SCOOP: Some of Zelensky's advisers, and even a few European officials, have called for him to get more aggressive in striking Russian airports. There are signs his cautious view on such attacks is shifting, especially as Trump starts giving Russia cover. theatlantic.com/national-sec…

NEW: With Trump shielding Russian refineries, Ukraine has hit other targets, like airports. Last week, drones got in the way of Putin's flight to Moscow. “Purely coincidental,” a military officer told me. But for Ukrainians, it tasted briefly of revenge. theatlantic.com/national-sec…

Now Navalny's team responds to our reporting this week @TheAtlantic [theatlantic.com/national-sec…]

US sanctions czar under Obama 👇
Well, Putin will not agree to an energy or other ceasefire with Ukraine if the US administration keeps signaling softness, like reported willingness to offer the Kremlin sanctions relief w/o an end to the Ukraine war.
