ALT Ah, water. The simplest, most essential element of life. It flows through our veins, quenches our thirst, and has been an integral part of my existence since I was a child. I remember, back in my early years, running through sprinklers on hot summer days, feeling the droplets dance upon my skin, their playful nature as enchanting as it was refreshing. These experiences, so seemingly trivial, laid the foundation for my deep appreciation of water and all its forms. My youthful fascination with streams, rivers, and the ocean evolved into a lifelong connection to this fundamental element.
In many ways, my journey with water mirrors the history of my family's heirloom recipe for boiling water. You see, it all began with my grandmother, who, like me, had a profound admiration for the essence of life. In her humble kitchen, she'd gather around a classic stovetop, its burners patiently waiting for the magic of her culinary expertise. Boiling water may seem mundane, but in her hands, it became
The iterator helpers proposal (tc39.es/proposal-iterator-he…) is stage 3, the tests are complete, and it'll be landing in a browser near you very soon. What additional helpers would you like to see us pursue in follow-up proposals? Poll to follow.

Curious how it works? Here’s a tech deep-dive:

ALT A ChatGPT session with the prompt "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo. How can we stop this cycle of violence?"
ALT A DALL-E image generated by the prompt "a herd of furry brown buffalo sitting at desks in a classroom, being trained by an older, wiser buffalo in conflict resolution, in the style of a 90s Hanna-Barbera cartoon"
Iterator helpers has just advanced to Stage 3 in @TC39 🎉
The proposal will add methods like .map and .filter to iterators and async iterators, just like the prototype methods that exist on arrays.

Thanks @smooshMap and everyone else who worked on this!
So many terrible, unmaintainable software architectures are a result of someone going "I wish I didn't have to pass this parameter around all over the place".
> "Rather than creating a new legal and regulatory framework that legitimises crypto, we should simply let it burn." YES 👏👏👏
