i've started enjoying the questions i can't answer during talks. old me: “shit, i don't know.” current me: “i genuinely don't know. let's figure it out.” And honestly, having a great manager makes this mindset much easier. Someone who doesn't just tell you what to do, but pushes you to think bigger, challenges you, and helps you figure things out along the way. Feeling lucky to have one.
