So all the discussion here on X has led me to think -- quite a bit! -- about the new film. And here is where I landed. The film is, indeed, brilliant. I loved the movie. But I hated myself — and everyone else — for loving it, because I felt like that love demonstrated exactly why Holmes can seem to have such an eerie power over people. So here's why I wish you didn’t want to see Nathan Fielder’s Elizabeth Holmes documentary TLDR: Movie is great, humans suck. statnews.com/2026/10/20/eliz…

"'You Can See Everything' is a hilarious, thrilling, fascinating, beautiful piece of art. What it certainly is not is a documentary, and it’s dangerous to pretend that it is," Theranos whistleblower Tyler Shultz writes.

So @TylerShultz_ as a Theranos whistleblower. And he wrote the piece you need to read about ‘You Can See Everything.’ Elizabeth Holmes is still lying, he says. And the filmmakers, while creating a great piece of art, fall short on looking outside the walls of her apartment to document that. One key detail: "My wife had to squeeze my arm to prevent me from jumping out of my seat in the theater and screaming, THAT IS NOT THE DEVICE." Again, that device Holmes showed? It's not the one we're talking about!!!! Having seen the film, I basically agree with Tyler's take. statnews.com/2026/10/19/eliz…

"I was an employee turned whistleblower at Theranos, my grandfather sat on her board, she came to my family holidays and birthday parties," @TylerShultz_ writes. "I wish I could have told director Nathan Fielder what I told John Carreyrou when he started investigating her: Do not underestimate Elizabeth Holmes." statnews.com/2026/10/19/eliz…
