Just landed in Tokyo for our biannual @dubdotco team offsite 🗼 We’re a fully remote, global team so it’s always a delight getting to meet everyone IRL. This one is extra special too since Tokyo is one of my favorite cities in the world 😁 (lived there for a summer before)

This was a great use of Jev's decision model: → convert application/partner details into `state` → pass both `state` and `screeningCriteria` into Jev → Jev spits out a match decision score Best part: It's super cost-efficient + low latency 🤯
You can now automatically screen program applications by defining your eligibility criteria in plain English. E.g. "Reject partners who plan to promote us via coupon sites" ...and our AI will auto-reject applications that clearly match this criteria, saving you time & money.

Tired: Manually creating UTM links by entering UTM params and shortening the link by hand 😓 Wired: Creating a UTM Links agent that creates short links for you directly in Slack using @dubdotco MCP 😉
I never remember to open that spreadsheet where all the UTM params are. So I made an agent for generating them. @sanity_io shipped a new internal agent harness last week that makes it dead simple to make new agents. You simply make new agents by configuring them as a document in a Sanity Studio, give them tools/skills/knowledge bases, and push publish. This also means it's way faster to iterate on it, since you don't need to bother with PRs and redeployments. Today, I made an UTM links agent that has access to our @dubdotco account, campaigns, and link templates, to make it super easy to generate the links when/where you need them. It's a small, but super common task that's just nice to have at your fingertips if/when you need it.

I spent the weekend curating a list of ~3,628 available one-word ".si" domain names: owd.li/si Features: ✦ Filter by categories (“Adjectives”, “First names”) ✦ Sort by popularity ✦ Filter by word length This list auto-updates every ~24 hours or so – have fun!

Fun fact: OWD was my first-ever side project that I built back in 2020 to learn how to code (w/o using AI). It even won a @ProductHunt Golden Kitty Award 😸 The best part: It's been running on auto-pilot for the last 3 years while I locked in on @dubdotco 😁 To come full circle, OWD's affiliate program runs on Dub: partners.dub.co/owd

Good news: You can now let your partners apply to join a different group in your program on @dubdotco. E.g. partners from your "User Referrals" group with a $10 flat-fee reward can apply to your "Creators" group with a 30% revshare. h/t to our customers for the feedback here!
Existing partners can now apply to join another group in your program. E.g. you can now let your user referral partners apply to join your public affiliate program, and approve/reject the applications accordingly. Learn more: d.to/sgva

Just crossed $200k in earnings on @dubdotco with my @framer templates. The craziest thing? It only took one year and a half, and it was all passive income. If you want to know what templates made me earn the most, it's mainly my Consulting & Plumbing templates. They're both visible on my Framer profile. So grateful for this 🫶

HUGE congrats to both @tursodatabase and @supabase on the acquisition 👏 Best part: They're both early @dubdotco customers 🥹 tur.so 🤝 supabase.link
Turso is joining @supabase. Together, we're building the database platform for the agentic era: everything agents need, from lightweight databases to Postgres at petabyte scale. More details in thread. 👇

Fun fact: We actually built our AI emoji picker @dubdotco with Jev at first, but since we had to feed the entire emoji catalog into Jev, it consumed a lot of input tokens. Refactored to a simple vector index on @upstash vector, and costs became nearly negligible 🤯 Just shipped this to prod – h/t @pedrooladeira 👏
You don't need Jev for good emoji search maxleiter.com/blog/embedding…
