We have asked @TheNYRA racing office and the @TheNYRA vets for an explanation. We have heard no response. This one won’t get dropped. It may be the right decision but it’s shrouded in secrecy. What happened to transparency?

I'll write more on this soon. But this bill ⬇️(and similar efforts in the states) is classic swampy Washington:
- Gin up a phantom problem (the Chinese are funding lawsuits!)
- Provide a solution that only benefits certain major corporate interests and harms individual liberty.
.@SenThomTillis has just introduced new legislation inadvertently attacking one of the *key tools* in the fight against woke capitalism...
While I believe his intentions were good, this legislation, attacking litigation financing, would be disastrous if passed.
