Sears Roebuck catalog allowed fashion to bypass Jim Crow
The USPS desegregation was driven by Black Shoppers in rural areas. Sears + the Sears catalog led this charge bcuz they wanted to get catalogs to Black southerners in rural areas as they couldn’t shop in-stores

Anyone who actually cares about women’s football knows that Banda’s rise to success over the past five years has been one of the coolest stories in the game. She is one of the most breathtakingly exciting footballers you can watch and deserves every bit of praise she gets

A remarkable season for manager Jonatan Giráldez and his team of record-breaking rookies. Cannot wait to see what this team stacked with incredible talents (powered by the singular Michele Kang) do next. 🚀

your 2024 NWSL Champions!
just wanna let y’all know I will henceforth be referring to the Orlando Pride as “Operation: Marmalade” this szn.
marmalade requires time, care, and lots of zest. it’s a long process that you can’t rush, but when it’s well-executed? so sweet 🍊 #NWSL
