Not all the orphans like their spa sessions – Mbegu famously hated the stuff at the beginning and would try her hardest to wriggle away (a feat made much easier by the slippery stuff). Can you guess which Voi orphan is our resident showboater? We’ll share the answer below. He took centre stage several times in September, and not only in the mud bath. As the herd raced down to the milk feeding area, he poked fellow orphan Ashanti with his tusks when he couldn’t overtake her. She was unharmed and unfazed, and stayed firmly ahead to teach this tailgater a lesson.
