Gamification of recruitment/employee management processes! Growing trends of using escape rooms and other team player/activity-based things for both areas. Focusing more on authentic traits and skills better displayed in games-playing than in interviews/on CVs
We've gone viral on tiktok a few times (~1 million views on a few posts)... we're a small tech business with a team of 8! Is this the kind of thing you're looking for?

You should interview our Founder, @maeyip who created a creative careers app - as a POC and from an immigrant family, she had restricted access to career options so created an app to solve that problem for others in the same situation! DM me if you want to chat to her :)
We can give you a comment about the rise of young people wanting to game for a living? We help young people get into the games industry and have seen a huge demand for games-related jobs! DM us if that's interesting to you :)

Spent Thursday morning at the @rxtheatre hearing the team at @theericapp share their data on what outreach methods for creative careers work best on Gen Z.
It's great to meet with old and new friends.
It's also great to see an event's breakfast table that looks like this! 😜
