"False alarm." ๐คก That's what CoinDCX's CEO said about breach reports.
Days later: $16M USDT gone, confirmed. They blame "old" wallets from the 2025 hack, but on-chain data shows they moved customer deposits through them that same morning.
$XMR volume up on the news

๐จ Avalanche Safe: $7.45M exposed through old, unlimited token approvals.
A MEV bot front-ran the attack, grabbed the funds, and returned them for a 42,500 WAVAX (~$371K) bounty.
Revoke approvals you don't use. $XMR looking really good here

๐จ Hacker group WhiteArmor says it's leaking Wagyu(.)xyz data after a $5M ransom went unpaid: 38,628 orders & 10,139 IPs tied to ~$907M in XMR-heavy swaps.
It also alleges a rigged coinflip & $3.9M in hidden fees. All unverified.

โ๏ธ Monero's hashrate just hit ~7.17 GH/s, a six-month high and close to January's record.
The catch: the top 4 pools control 75% of it. Want a stronger network? Mine on P2Pool.

๐จ๐จUPDATE: WhiteArmor leaked 3 months of Wagyu data (orders + IPs), not the full history. No funds lost, swaps still running. Security tightened. @PerpetualCow says expect more AI-driven hacks going forward
As always, $XMR looks good here
Gmoo.
1) Last 3 months worth of data has been leaked, not the full year Wagyu has been operating.
2) Why IP addresses? Wagyu uses JS, every single website that interacts with JS has your IP. Standard practice.
3) What now? We moove.. no money lost or anything. Outcome could have been far worse.
Have spent some time upping up the security to prevent it from happening again.
But who knows, AI is getting scary and everyone can get hacked these days, this is only going to happen a lot more often.
Expect all companies to get hacked within the upcoming years.
Swaps haven't been impacted at all, the show goes on.

๐จ Bloom trading bot hit: 9,408 SOL (~$953K) drained from 48 wallets in just 94 seconds. Bloom blames a flaw in a third-party module and pledges full refunds, but the root cause is still unconfirmed. If a bot holds your keys, it holds your coins.

Daily reminder that fuck crypto and if it's not Bitcoin or Monero it's larp and a scam. "We are building", fuck you social climbing NYC/SF bot. You are not ensouled like the great bearded ones who are responsible for all the great open source software of the world and count Satoshi and Saberhagen among themselves, but never YOU.
