usually it's bitcoin and i've built a pretty deep understanding of it and how it moves
definitely worth keeping a chart open on your screen too constantly

the best thing i've done for my trading is to keep it contained intraday
in and out on the day in the session, no overnight holds and once the terminal is closed, no more thinking about trading for the day
