Today is a wonderful day for Jacksonville and a beautiful day to celebrate the vision, dedication, and compassion that is the @sulzbacherjax Enterprise Village. We proudly cut the ribbon on Phase 1 this morning. It features 100 affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments for men not only to be housed, but to help them move beyond the circumstances that brought them into homelessness and toward a future defined by stability, independence, and possibility.
Congratulations to Sulzbacher, and every partner who made this day possible. Our Housing and Community Development Division was proud to support this project as well. Thank you, and let’s celebrate this important milestone for Jacksonville.

Last week, American Beverage and the @usmayors visited the Youth Wellness Zone at the On Track Academy in Spokane, WA. @MayorSpokane and the YWZ were recipients of a $200,000 grant as part of our Healthy and Sustainable Communities Awards.
