Being a DCC fan is rough because I think this series is a deceptively great commentary on capitalism and ethical media consumption with crazy great moments, and some of my favorite female characters but I can not blame ANYONE for walking away from books 1-2 with a bad impression
So I bit the bullet and started reading Dungeon Crawler Carl to see what the hype’s about and have any of you read a book before because this might be the worst thing I’ve ever read.

I love Dungeon Crawler Carl so much but truly one of the worst parts is trying to recommend it to someone else. People’s time are precious and “just wait until book 3” isnt a reasonable request 😭 I hope the show addresses these critiques and tightens the early writing
