Bad theology does not always spread because people believe it after carefully studying it. Sometimes it spreads because it is memorable, simple, emotional, catchy, and repeated constantly. In 325, Arius even communicated theology through songs people could remember and repeat. Probably should think about what the songs are little kids listen to, and what they are communicating to them in their deepest memory.

Repentance was just preached more clearly and with less shame by Tucker Carlson than it has in the last 15 years at Bethel, Elevation, or Hillsong.

Yes. I believe that if a pastor ever commits adultery on his wife, no matter how repentant or in right-standing with church and family he becomes, he should still not be reinstated as pastor of any church. Above reproach is there for a reason and it speaks loudly to a culture already hating us. They are not damned, they can be forgiven. They are free to use their gifts to serve the Lord, serve in ministry, etc. But not pastor.

If never trumpers got their way: 1) You wouldn’t see Roe v Wade overturned. 2) You wouldn’t have seen the end of Planned Parenthood 3) You’d have a liberal Supreme Court. You don’t hear them talk about this much.
