being in love with someone who wants to become a better person with you is the most purest form of consideration.

I am still saying it, and this is coming from someone who finds physics fascinating: medicine is way beyond anything engineering will ever accomplish. An aircraft is a mighty feat. We designed it. A space rocket? We designed it. Electromagnetic technology, bridges, computers, all of these are incredible feats, but ultimately things we designed and built from the ground up. Now think about medicine. Humans are opening up a body they did not design, navigating structures they did not create, knowing what to cut, what not to touch, what connects to what, where something needs to go and what carries it there and then putting the whole thing back together. That is, and will probably forever remain, mightier to me than anything we have ever achieved as engineers.

This is one of the things I am genuinely learning, trying to learn and hope I do.

as someone who likes to talk things out, i’m slowly learning that not every feeling requires a conversation. sometimes you just have to sit with it, let it pass and move on. people aren’t perfect and neither am i. grace is necessary.

i genuinely do not believe people treat you how they feel about you. i believe they treat you based on the state of mind they're in. some people unintentionally hurt you because they are at war with themselves suffering, and suffering with things that has nothing to do with you.

how can you be bored when there's a career to build, a body to transform, a mind to sharpen, and a future to chase.

This just sounds like a customer who I has been impatiently waiting for an order with absolutely no update from vendor or driver, so yes her crash out is valid. I agree it’s quite early to be calling but you said it was an order she was meant to get since last night right?

All you had to do was respond. From her end, she’s anxious because she has to be out and she doesn’t want a situation whereby she leaves and you’d start calling her and she needed it for where she’d be going to. You had one job, “respond”

A simple- “I was unavailable when you sent these messages. I would call the rider now and get an update as to what is going on. Apologies for any inconvenience caused”, would have calmed the customer down. Why are you telling your customer Wtf?😭 Please do better.

I’ve read the whole interaction, including the updated chats you posted recently and : 1 You are the one who’s in the wrong 2 Your customer service is TERRIBLE 3 You are a badly behaved person 4 You have no respect for your business and customers 5 You owe her an apology

Your first msg to an aggrieved customer waiting for their package is “what the fuck” ? And you still shared the screenshots by yourself. Lmao😭😭

With due respect, you need to learn customer management better. All of this would have been avoided if you responded to the first set of messages. That customer is panicking and she just needed information and for you to calm her down. You also can’t keep mentioning the driver, She has no relationship with the driver, she paid money to YOU, not the driver, so any issues with him is on you. Also saying “Cause of gummies” is disrespectful to your customer and your business, because if it was in-fact “Just gummies”, you wouldn’t be selling them.
