My fan-made GTA V project for iPhone/iPad and desktop/browser is now public, with Story Mode, Free Roam and private multiplayer.

Private multiplayer includes character creation, saved characters and working voice chat! 🎙️
There’s also a LOT to customize: graphics presets, resolution, FPS, independent memory settings, controllers, mods and save backups.
