Some of the best ways you can empower your household team: 1) first aid training, 2) fire prevention and control training (which extinguisher for what, electrical vs gas fires, burns etc), 3) water safety training (even visiting children could drown), 4) self defence and awareness training, 5) driving lessons and 6) some form of financial literacy skill.

The sharp curves on R66 in Ndundulu area are considered as a ‘High Accident Zone’. Motorists are advised to always reduce speed and approach the curves with caution. Do NOT listen to Mthigo 🚩🚩🚩 #ArriveAlive #RoadSafety #NenzaniLaEzweni

A city that fails to invest in integration and improved quality of life for all its citizens will always suffer the brunt of those policy decisions. Ideology matters very much in local government. Service delivery and budget priorities are not written in biblical scripture.

People slap the term “bespoke” in front of their brand offering and think that gives them the right to charge ridiculous prices. I get that we’re all trying to make it in this tough economy, but come on man.

Eyi my bro. Strength to you and yours mfowakithi.
One very painful part of having a disabled child is that inevitably, your child will hate everything you do to assist them. They'll hate the therapies, the medication, the orthopaedic apparel, alles. And you just gotta keep pushing. You gotta push through their tears and yours.

At our boarding school, gents used to laugh at you and call you soft if your parents visited you more than once a month. Laugh at you and then be at your locker in the evening asking for a piece of KFC. We were united in our struggle 😭

If Helen Zille becomes mayor of Joburg, I’m quitting running and moving back home to Durban.
Helen Zille could soon be the first white mayor of post-apartheid Johannesburg. Such a result could point to the beginnings of a less racialised politics economist.com/middle-east-an…

Everything with the world started going wrong when people stopped carrying about what other people thought about them. Bring back “abantu bazothini” mentality.

He would’ve hurt his arm and lost his lead trying to shove me. Have you seen my guns mate 😂 But yeah I hear you brother. Not excusing the behaviour but these things unfortunately happen when one is in the zone.
Replying to @Ant_089
It was intentional. He stiff armed that lady and didn’t even glance at her once afterwards. Maybe he regretted in hindsight, but that was certainly an intentional shove. Do you think if you were in the way he was going to shove you like that?

Guess who’ll be home for the December holidays after a long year asylum seeking with a bit of attempted murder to spice things up.
BREAKING NEWS: The three Ethiopian nationals who are accused of the attempted murder that led to riots and torching of cars and businesses in the Durban CBD three weeks ago have been freed on R5000 bail by the Durban Magistrate’s Court. The State wanted them to remain behind bars, saying they are flight risks, but the defence disagreed. The State said they won’t be safe outside, but the defence argued that all three accused literally live minutes away from three police stations in the Durban CBD and their safety is guaranteed. The Magistrate remarked that the three are asylum seekers and as such, they enjoy the same constitutional rights as South Africans and freed them on bail with stringent conditions. Furthermore, the State tried to point out discrepancies in their passports and asylum documents, raising issues of possible fraud and corruption. However, the State’s argument was watered down by evidence that was given by an immigration official who told the court that their systems have glitches and sometimes it loses records, hence they don’t have some of the information required for the court to take an informed decision - KZN Tonight Podcast
