Average players goof around until it's their turn at practice. Better players watch whoever goes before them. Good players notice what the player did right or wrong. Great players LEARN when the coach corrects someone else... so they don't waste a rep making the same mistake. @6am_Practice

Navy SEAL candidates survive brutal training by focusing on ONE evolution at a time. Not the entire week. Not the entire mountain. Just the next step. That’s a massive lesson for life. Most people become overwhelmed because they try carrying the entire future mentally at

One of the defining characteristics of Navy SEAL culture is this: The mission and the team come before the individual. In today’s world, everybody wants recognition. But elite teams are built through selflessness. The mentally tough stop asking: “What’s best for me?” And

WOW! Huge S/O to our staff, players, and community! Lot of messages about this being incorrect (actually 15-1) but no matter!. Thankful to be here. 2026 opponents will certainly challenge this stat! GO BULLDOGS!

That was certainly a wild one. You were an outstanding player. I remember your dad and I laughing at the end because the game was so crazy. He had such a GREAT understanding of what HS football should be about.

Congratulations Coach Reardon! Thanks for whipping this “young” coach. The trip to Sturgis was NEVER a lot of fun. Tough fans and tougher kids. I’ll never forget you going out of your way to accommodate a film exchange due to a family situation in 2001. Well deserved honor!
Just found out my high school football coach (and dad) is being inducted into the MHSFCA Hall of Fame. A well-deserved honor for a lifetime of impact. Shout out to my mom as well. By his side through the best times and the toughest times. Total team effort. Congratulations!

Hit the nail on the head!
Another reason for S&C classes during the school day: kids after school schedules are OVER schedule- homework, work, practice, games, social life. If they can get it done during an elective. Let them! Their school experience doesn’t end after the last bell. Make their life easier

My guy Coach Chip saying it like it is. No shortcuts. No promises for results. Just an opportunity!
I used to share this with our players before we started our offseason training. Some years, we had them sign it. The Elite Choose to Do Hard Things Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14 13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it (because it is easy). 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it (because it is difficult).” Your presence here shows that you have chosen the small gate and the narrow roadbecause you want to be Elite. Elite people want to be the best versions of themselves. They decide to be better today than yesterday and to be better tomorrow than today. There Are Three Kinds of People: The soft and lazy, the mediocre, and the Elite. · The soft and lazy dodge work. · Mediocre people will work when the work finds them. · The Elite, those trying to be their best, will always find work. By being here, you have found work - hard work. You don’t have to be here; you have chosen to be here. You have chosen to do something difficult. You do not have to be here, but like me, you get to be here. Football is tough, but it is something you get to do, not something you have to do. We hereby proclaim that there shall be no bad days in our weight room, on our practice field, or in our stadium. We accept, however, that there will be difficult days, but that’s okay because we have chosen to do hard things.

No bias in CFP besides watching dudes play HARD! Last night and today have not disappointed. Makes me appreciate our ‘25 season even more. Tough 1-3 start, injuries & doubt, but our staff was AWESOME and our kids answered. 25’ team success makes me smile! E+R=O

Yep! Pretty simple description of a pretty complex problem. Relentless effort by a LOT of people -“Be you, align with us.” The power of any aligned mechanism is always amplified.
