Canelo vs Lester Martinez ?

Yarde hasnt fought since Nov 2025. His last performance was a 1 sided affair ending in 7th round by TKO. Which HE LOST! A win for Whitaker (not ranked by Ring/TBRB and#8 by ESPN) would likely propel him into the Top 5 by beating a Top Ranked Yarde (Inactive).
‼️WHITTAKER WANTS YARDE FIGHT NEXT💥🥊 👀 Eddie Hearn has revealed that a fight with Anthony Yarde is at the top of Ben Whittaker’s list for his next fight in Feb/March… 🤔 Hearn also mentioned Edmondson, Arthur & the winner of Buatsi/Hutchinson as possible options. (@IFLTV)

@ringmagazine you guys should pay me (though happy to do for free) to make sure the ranking panel has a full recollection of fighters weights. Inactivity, and last performances.

🫣 Ima act like I don’t see that record, all I know is the Real Deal had fight nights jumping at the crib
Holyfield Run at Heavyweight is extremely interesting. Overall Run: 26 (16KOs) - 10 (2KOs) - 2 Title Defenses: 8 Total (across 4 seperate Title Reigns) Longest Reign (Title Defenses/Time Period) : 3 (X2)/ 1099 Days (Nov 9th 1996 - Nov 13th 1999)

Holyfield’s heavyweight reign still tough to fully grasp 30 years later. Great wins, Not as great when he was the perceived favorite. Never really knew what you were getting fight-by-fight with him.

🤯 Mark "Too Sharp" Johnson delivers the most devastating series of uppercuts you are EVER likely to see in this stoppage. Criminally underrated, Johnson, a future two-weight world champion, was one of the top-3 best P4P fighters in the world during the late 1990s 🇺🇸🥊🇺🇸

Hey mate. It's a great question. The STANDARD rule of thumb is to wait until the fighter campaigns in the new weight class first. Even though Benavidez moved north, there was talk of a potential return to 175. I believe that's out of the question now, so we'll revisit. The reason for caution is because fighters have been known to change their minds.

Did EXTREMELY WELL! Feet looked great. Was throwing Combinations. Defense was great. Time to throw away the idea Canelo was "washed" when he fought Crawford. Canelo showed you must be ABSOLUTE ELITE to beat him. #Boxing #CaneloMbilli
What did yall think about Canelo performance yesterday? 🤔

I have... 0 clue how a fight like this would play out! 🤷🏽‍♂️
I’ll be honest, my money is Benavidez. At cruiserweight or heavyweight I think David Benavidez BEATS Oleksandr Usyk

Would be SIGNIFICANTLY better for Benavidez career to move up and face the Lineal Heavyweight Champion (if successful vs Opetaia in May 2027) Would be SIGNIFICANTLY better for Usyk career to move down and win (again) The Undisputed/Lineal Cruiserweight title.
🤯 “This is just crazy, it’s wild, it’s STUPID and Oleksandr Usyk shouldn’t do this!” 👎 “Oleksandr Usyk hasn’t fought at cruiserweight since 2018 when he stopped Tony Bellew.” Do you think it’s a good idea for Usyk to go down to cruiserweight to fight David Benavidez? 😳

That’s 16 straight fights for Canelo holding his opponent to under 30% total connects. Very underrated defender

Just watched Ray Leonard vs Wilfred Benitez. Those jokers clinched about 2 times in 15 rounds! Wow what a boxing exhibition. People always refer to Toney vs McCallum 1 as the go to boxing viewing. But Leonard vs Benitez may have been competed on a higher level...

As long as they keep him away from Iglesias, Alvarez can probably feast for another couple years at 168
