I flew 4,000 miles for ApeFest.
Two flights to hang out IRL with my online friends.
How many 'clubs' can coordinate community like that?
@BoredApeYC is far more than a PFP.
It's a sense of belonging you can't price.
It's believing in something you can't cage.
It's accepting you're a nerd and not giving AF.
I've learned a lot over the past few days, but the most important takeaway is this...
You can't buy community, conviction, or culture.
You forge it through highs and lows, and showing up consistently.
To @mfigge, @0xQuit, @TheeHustleHouse, @beeple, @AdamWeitsman, and the wider BAYC team...
My first ApeFest was a blast. THANK YOU!!!
Bored Ape Yacht Club feels like home.
Maybe one day I'll get to help shape BAYC too.

Do you know what the most bullish part of ApeFest was?
Not hearing anyone talk about the floor price.
It was all vibes, networking, and innovation.
There’s only one Bored Ape Yacht Club.

If you love collecting and card games, you'll love @origins_tcg 🔥
I've been waiting for today for over 4 years and I NEED YOUR HELP!
Over 4 yrs ago I left my career and launched out with the dream of building the next great competitive game with real collecting! And today is the day that the dream starts to become real!
But as with any great dream, it can't be accomplished alone, so I'm here to ask for your help…
The latest @origins_tcg demo just went LIVE during #SteamNextFest and every small activity helps…..
1. Play the demo (Monday and Tuesday matter the most)
2. Refer a Friend (and you both get a FREE collector pack)
3. Stream the game (pack bounties in discord)
4. And share this post or tag your favorite gamer or collector.
And honestly, pray for us as we take on the giants and change competitive gaming and digital collecting forever!

Gutted I won't make it to Marfa for Adam’s @creepz party, but if you can go, go- you will not regret it!!!
ApeFest reminded me how important human connection is and how lucky we are to be a part of the wacky Web3 world we love.
If I didn't have my second baby on the way, I'd be out there celebrating with my lizard friends, but on this occasion, daddy duty calls.
Come to my 2nd annual party in Marfa !!!!! Free for all. EVERYONE ONE invited including any haters !!! All communities welcome. Looking forward to meeting you there !!!!!! @artblocks_io

STILL HERE ✌️
GMMMMM
still very much recovering from apefest but super super appreciate all of the kind words and had a blast hosting this community.
i know it's become a joke to say, but it's ironically true that the connections we make and the the people we meet are the biggest draw to what we are building.
this is no different from other communities that have been built around shared in things with more established social consensus. we are just very to early society understanding and accepting virtual items having real world value.
but the world is becoming no less digital so the winds of change are very much at our backs. it will just take time.
but whether is is art or collectibles, showing up in person and celebrating our joy of these things is a huge part of how we build lasting movements. i am extremely honored to be able to be a small part of that and can assure you i am just getting started.
tldr; STILL HERE. ❤️🦾🙏

One of my highlights from ApeFest was listening to @imjameshall walk through upcoming Otherside updates firsthand at the ‘Nexus and Chill’ event.
As someone who worked in Web3 gaming for several years, I can confidently say James’s and the team's vision, though ambitious, has unparalleled upside.
I’ve spent countless hours playing WOW and RuneScape, and I can honestly say the Otherside is being built to onboard millions of mainstream players in a compelling and immersive way.
As a community member, it’s easy to succumb to a short-term ‘bag-biased’ mindset, but the bigger picture here is the accrual of long-term value across the BAYC ecosystem.
The Otherside alone has got me extremely excited, and I feel fortunate not only to have had the chance to get an early look at what’s coming, but also to hear it from James Hall himself.

How @Reeflane started vs how it’s going 👇
A little over a month ago, I posted the career update below.
While applying and interviewing, I've also been learning and building.
Introducing Reef AI, my Agentic consultancy and career fail-safe lol.
There's still a lot to do, but my framework and website are nearly there.
