U.S. Magistrate Judge Valerie Figueredo has GRANTED Amy Huffmanβs Motion for Leave to File a SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT.
Huffman must now file the Second Amended Complaint on the docket no later than NOVEMBER 4, 2026
This means Huffman is now permitted to formally amend her lawsuit, including the changes she previously sought to make to her claims.
