Does this mean the Str column in the rankings on MaxPreps website is the average rating of the opponents a team has played?
Here's an example:
If Team A is rated 21 points better than Team B, but Team A wins by only 7, adjustments are made to the ratings and strength of schedule (SOS). Team B performed better than expected against a stronger opponent.
SOS is the average rating of your opponents.
