Technology resilience is incomplete without quantum resilience Operational resilience now has to cover more than traditional cybersecurity. Boards face threats amplified by frontier AI, dependencies on aging technology, and a migration to post-quantum cryptography that has to happen without disrupting critical operations. Bringing this perspective into the ecosystem, @SantoshPanditUK joins the Digital Growth Collective as an Executive Fellow. Santosh is a recognized expert in operational resilience, cybersecurity, and post-quantum cryptography, with more than 30 years of executive and regulatory experience. He combines experience from the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, the European Commission, and private-sector board leadership, including Non-Executive Director roles at BNP Paribas subsidiaries. As a senior regulator at the Bank of England, Santosh specialized in operational resilience, cyber risk, and insurance. His expertise spans technology resilience, third-party risk management, software supply chain security, cyber threat intelligence, and crypto-agility. Today, Santosh is the Founder of BeatQuantum, a center of excellence in applied post-quantum cryptography. BeatQuantum built the world's first NTS time server secured by post-quantum key exchange, for sectors such as financial services and space, and the world's first Time Stamp Authority issuing proof of existence under post-quantum certificates. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Quantum Security Think Tank at Cyber London and leads international advisory work on post-quantum cryptography. In his role as Executive Fellow, Santosh will provide guidance on operational resilience, quantum security, and protecting critical technology infrastructure, with a focus on return on invested capital (ROIC). We are delighted to welcome Santosh to the Digital Growth Collective ecosystem and look forward to his contributions. #ExecutiveFellow #OperationalResilience #PostQuantumCryptography #QuantumSecurity #Cybersecurity #TechnologyResilience @RLDI_Lamy @smaksked @Khulood_Almani @thomas_dettling @Corix_JC @chidambara09 @Nicochan33 @CurieuxExplorer @amalmerzouk @Timothy_Hughes @sonu_monika @mvollmer1 @HaroldSinnott @EchoofLight11 @GlenGilmore @Shi4Tech @pchamard @antgrasso @SpirosMargaris @EstelaMandela @bimedotcom @IngridVasiliu @nafisalam @mikeflache

Technology alone does not transform institutions. The harder part is bringing disciplines, people, and new ways of working together. What I value in Stefanie’s work is her ability to bridge research, technology, and institutional change—and turn that into something that can actually work at scale. Welcome, Stefanie Lindstaedt.

The memory shortage is a good reminder that the biggest constraints in technology are often less visible than the breakthroughs themselves. The actual opportunity isn't always to build more of the same. Sometimes it is to rethink the underlying architecture. If Kepler's approach works at scale, the interesting part will be what becomes possible once it removes a structural bottleneck. What's your take on this development? @pchamard @Khulood_Almani @antgrasso @GlenGilmore @Shi4Tech @chidambara09 @CurieuxExplorer @EchoofLight11 @Nicochan33 @nafisalam @smaksked @Corix_JC @amalmerzouk @quepasachico @IngridVasiliu @EstelaMandela @sonu_monika @RLDI_Lamy @SpirosMargaris @Timothy_Hughes @avrohomg @bimedotcom @HaroldSinnott @mvollmer1 @DG_Collective @sijlalhussain wired.com/story/a-new-dollar…

Digital Growth Collective was represented at the UNESCO Global Forum for Ethics of AI in Riyadh by Executive Fellow Amna Usman Chaudhry, who contributed to the Women4EthicalAI Network session, “Turning the Gender Lens for AI Governance into Action.” The discussion explored technology-facilitated gender-based violence, platform accountability and the need for stronger, more human-centered approaches to AI governance as increasingly capable systems become embedded across digital environments. These themes also connect with Amna’s wider work on autonomous finance, responsible AI governance and Know Your Swarm™, examining how accountability must evolve as AI systems take on greater roles across finance and the wider economy. An important conversation about ensuring technological progress is matched by progress in accountability, inclusion, and human protection. #AIEthics #Leadership We're interested in your thoughts: @RLDI_Lamy @smaksked @Khulood_Almani @Corix_JC @chidambara09 @Nicochan33 @Timothy_Hughes @GlenGilmore @Shi4Tech @pchamard @antgrasso @bimedotcom @nafisalam @mikeflache @sonu_monika @EstelaMandela @CurieuxExplorer @thomas_dettling @IngridVasiliu @amalmerzouk @EchoofLight11 @SpirosMargaris

When Personal Development Becomes the Most Important Business Lever Business growth changes more than processes, structures, and decisions. At a certain point, it also creates new demands on entrepreneurs and executives. 💡 Key insights ➡️ Growth changes leadership: What drives success in the early stages does not automatically scale with the business. ➡️ Success comes at a price: As responsibility increases, honest reflection and objective feedback become harder to find. ➡️ Personal development enables business growth: The next phase of growth begins with the willingness to question and change yourself. ✍️ About the author Henryk Deter is a former entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience building and scaling companies in the financial sector. He has guided senior executives through multi-billion-dollar IPOs, M&A transactions, and private equity investments, as well as high-stakes crisis management, restructuring, and turnarounds. Trust comes less from having rules than from knowing where the boundaries are before the technology reaches a critical decision. That clarity is what allows organizations to move faster without having to rethink the guardrails every time something goes wrong.

Henrik Deter highlights an aspect I’ve seen repeatedly in growing organizations: the leadership challenge changes before the leader necessarily does. What worked at one stage can become a constraint at the next. The difficult part is recognizing that early enough, particularly when past success reinforces the very behaviors that now need to change. Personal development, in that sense, is not separate from business performance but a part of the operating equation.

Technology Resilience and ROIC: A Ten-Year View for the Boardroom Technology resilience is no longer simply a question of uptime, infrastructure, or risk management. As the consequences of technology failures increasingly reach earnings calls, resilience is becoming a strategic capital allocation decision for CEOs and boards. 💡 Key insights ➡️ Beyond risk: Resilience increasingly influences revenue protection, pricing power, insurance costs, and the cost of capital. ➡️ Capital efficiency: Spending more does not necessarily create more resilience. What matters is the marginal return of the next resilience dollar versus the next growth dollar. ➡️ Long-term value: Over a ten-year horizon, organizations that embed resilience into their operating model can turn it into a source of competitive advantage, rather than simply an insurance premium. ✍️ About the author @SantoshPanditUK is a recognized expert in operational resilience, cybersecurity, and post-quantum cryptography.
