I wonder whether a motivation to commit these crimes was because she is a strong intelligent woman, and drugging her and subjecting her to this made him feel ‘big’ and in control? I read today that the French law on rape makes no reference to consent. Shocking

I didn’t realise, her ex-husband also ‘trained’ another man to do this to his wife. There should be some kind of law that if your husband has been convicted of a sexual crime you should be made aware, it could have saved her & others. Lovely to see the support she is getting!

Meanwhile in America, a rape victim is attacked by her assaulter while he’s running for re-election to the highest position in America, who by the way also confessed to being a serial sexual assaulter and is currently an adjudicated sex offender (“rapist”).
