Friday was my last day at @ZephyrCloudIO. Now, I'm looking for my next role. I've been agentic coding and learning how to be more efficient with token usage. I led our company in UX design and engineering. I would love to stay in a UXE role, but open to leadership roles as well. I learned that my leadership skills have tremendous value with my experience. If you have an opening, or know someone that may, please let me know. I had other co-workers impacted as well, and can vouch for them.

I’ve been catching missteps in code review since watching this. A lot of it has been agents picking up anti patterns and extending them in a manner that further degrades codebase quality. Knowing the tradeoffs between better agent results 🆚 human readability is clutch.

I have an idea for my live demo presentation. It will require me to do some building, and I'm looking forward to it. Building to learn, create, and educate. Hopefully I can hurry up and get used to presenting. Getting back into it is rough.
