This week, Burke hosted its annual PM&R Medical Student Fair, welcoming 55 students from 17 medical schools including @EinsteinMed, @nymedcollege, @CUNYMed, and Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, for an interactive introduction to Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Presented in collaboration with Albert Einstein College of Medicine, this event provided students with hands-on exposure to key areas of rehabilitation medicine, including amputee (limb loss) rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, spasticity management, and adaptive sports & therapeutic recreation.
