Words of wisdom here from a UMass legend The athletic administration at UMass is one of if not the worst in D1 athletics. The system administration has allowed that and does nothing to foster accountability or change Unless changes are made in Amherst, it's all a waste of time

Big Blue bound 🔵🗽 Congrats to Greg Desrosiers Jr. on signing with the @Giants! #Flagship 🚩

A $3 million investment in Massachusetts Football! Thank you to Dan (’86) and Diane Riccio for their transformational commitment to the Script U Scholarship Society and their belief in UMass Athletics. 📝 bit.ly/4ySmSVA #Flagship 🚩

Jordan Clayton on facing BC: "My house is 10-15 minutes away from TD Garden. Very familiar. Great experience. I’m a Massachusetts guy, but I’m at UMass Amherst. BC is supposed to be the biggest school in Massachusetts and things like that. It will be a great opportunity to see, this year, which team is the best right now." @UMassMBB @Jclayton_13

UMass catalyst Jayden Ndjigue on the matchup with Boston College: "We want to take pride in being the best team in Massachusetts. Being able to play a team like Boston College at TD Garden, it means a lot for us. We have a lot of guys on the team this year that are from the state, and we have a lot of people that are highly anticipating that game and are excited to come out and support and see what we can do." @UMassMBB @J11yden

Set up for success in Amherst 📈 #Flagship 🚩

The UMass Football family mourns the passing of Phil Vandersea, a Hall of Famer and member of our undefeated 1963 team. Phil’s legacy will forever be part of UMass Football and we’re thinking of his family, friends and former teammate at this time. Forever a Minuteman.

The Southwick Jug is a Jug for the fans. And UConn fans deserve it after a blowout win over little brother UMass

We are saddened to share news of the passing of former captain Jeff Turner '01 Our thoughts are with his family and all who knew him, especially his brother and former UMass teammate Tim Turner '03 - bit.ly/4zWbh8Y

The Jug didn't come from a committee, a consultant, or Learfield. Plus one of the ADs has a problem with me. So neither school will accept it after all. Asinine and pathetic stuff, folks! Alas. Let's get her over to the @SonsOfNutmeg crew where she belongs.
