After an inspection launched under Labour, the Regulator for Social Housing awarded Haringey a C4, the worst possible grade.
The report finds very serious failings in handling repairs and complaints.
It also finds that Labour misled the regulator about fire safety.

Well, that is disappointing. In line with expectations, but disappointing nonetheless.
MPs voted to remove Clause 13, which requires a statutory review of shared ownership, from the Social Housing Bill.
We provided written evidence in support of Clause 13, and will publish updates on our position soon.

Today the Regulator of Social Housing published an inspection, and it turns out the previous Labour council seemingly misled them about thousands of fire-safety issues in local council housing.

Yeh, we know. The real question is, why doesn’t government do anything about this? Housing Associations are out of control and have been for years. They need much stricter regulation and much closer oversight.

You do have to wonder why @SadiqKhan and @tomcopley are giving housing associations £millions of public money to keep building when no-one is interested in the housing they’ve already built.
I checked how much my "charitable" housing association is spending on 'incentives' to sell their newbuilds.
