The demos are fun, but the real test is tool-calling latency under load. Run a mix of small schema functions plus multi-turn retrieval, compare p50/p95 end-to-end latency and parse-error rate against the same prompts on the non-Argon path. If the speedup is from cutting the tool loop rather than just KV caching, that's the moat. Otherwise it's a faster demo.
