If you are a young player on the OL and want to get better today- pull up tape of @tfrederick72. When he first joined the team-he was good. Then, every year he got better and better. He was All-Pro, and I never saw him take a play,practice or meeting off. Hell of a player+career.

Happy 80th birthday to the great Bob Lilly. Cowboys' first-ever draft pick was fourth HOFer taken in 1961 draft, behind Mike Ditka, Jimmy Johnson and Herb Adderley. We got Lilly at No. 13 in Round 1, gave him one-year, $12,000 contract with $4,000 bonus. Best money I ever spent.
