Don't agree with Raheem on much of anything. But he's right on this. Patriots everywhere and standing up to say NO to the ban on foie gras.
On November 3rd, Washington, D.C. residents will be asked whether foie gras should be outlawed in the nation's capital. I asked my fellow D.C. residents to VOTE NO on INITIATIVE 86.
If you really are worried about animal cruelty, you should take greater issue with how pigs and chickens are raised in America, not at the process of gavage, which is far more physiologically different from what people imagine. I have added a link below for those concerned.
As a foie gras fan, and as an investor in a restaurant which happily and intentionally serves it, I urge you not to take this culinary delight away from your fellow residents. Vote NO on 86 on November 3rd, and send a message to the anti-joy brigade.

Has a gated and ticketed lot. Doesn’t have a food court apart from hotdogs that sit under a heat lamp. The layout is different than all other costcos. Complete nightmare. Can only imagine how bad the five ranked above it are.
