DeMeco Ryans said he wants to see a more relentless mindset from left tackle Aireontae Ersery and see the young tackle finish.
Ryans said when it comes to penalties they have to know when let go and not hold because it’s been an emphasized refereeing point.
He said some of the struggles in the run game have been from holds across the blockers.

Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak said Mike Washington Jr.’s featured role at running back was “my call” and noted Ashton Jeanty is “still going to be a big part of our team.”
