I am very sick and a wonderful human being got me bone marrow halves that are the kind of fat I need to feel a bit better and be less sick—though after the dangerous effects of low electrolytes on Monday that caused me to throw up for hours, I think I am permanently worse. Now woozy and nauseated all day. Less able to balance and walk. Kaiser Permanente malpractice. I have severe tachycardia and bradycardia and fainting and falls (in addition to multisystem debilitation) and they are not treating it. Because I with my med-sci expertise must take steps so I won’t die from this, my lab numbers look normal. I have severely depleted Magnesium and can show this thru a validated test (but ignorant Kaiser doctors & many doctors believe serum mg tests reflects the level of Magnesium in the body but it’s only 3/10 of a percent). My electrolytes I prop up with a huge amount of salt & potassium in every bottle of water read as normal on tests, but it is the rare Kaiser doctor who will listen to me explain the source of those numbers, so they leave me dangerously untreated. Electrolytes must be jacked up bc depleted Magnesium causes potassium dumping. Unbeknownst to Kaiser doctors denying me care, including West LA Kaiser head med dude, Kirk Tamaddon. I begged him to have a peer-to-peer conversation with me instead of just denying me care based on his evidence-free guesses as a urological surgeon. Again, not a typical patient. I have transdisciplinary medical knowledge and am a professionally critical evaluator of medical research coached in this by Dr. Sander Greenland, including maintaining mindfulness about our tendency to overconfidence and other sources of bias. Because I will literally die without Magnesium (and oral I cannot retain), I have had to take extraordinary and terrible steps to get 4 g of magnesium into my body at night. 1 g would probably give a person with normal magnesium a heart attack. 4 g is not enough for me by far, but it’s all I can get through this means bc the body takes osmolity of 600 and mg is 4060. 4 g doesn’t mean that I don’t spend my entire day with horribly intense unquenchable thirst and dehydration. I am still thirsty and dehydrated, but it is not intensely disturbing and destructive in the way it is when I take no Magnesium except oral. Utterly insufficient—in lg doses staggered in parts thru day. It seems highly likely that a Kaiser nephrologist lazily misdiagnosed me years ago— or rather, missed wild-guessed about my supposedly having pseudohyponatremia. From 4 g of mg needed nightly & not even enough to replenish mg to the point I don’t need that, it appears that I am a genetic Magnesium waster—and/or the fucking fluoroquinolone antibiotic I was given by Dr. Katherine Chuang with no informed consent, that binds with mg in the gut and excretes it unmetabolized, have left me with a severe and consistent deficiency. As for the 4 g, this magnesium stock I have is going to end. Maybe in 2 1/2 months and maybe longer. And I won’t be able to get more. It is prescription & Kaiser won’t give it to me. They are just going to let me die. This is not hyperbole: one single night this week without that 4 g of magnesium while I had to write overnight every fucking moment to serve the Intent to Sue on time to preserve the viability of my legal case so I can try to get a law firm, left me spinning and throwing up all night and I’m pretty sure caused permanent damage. See below. Kaiser continues to refuse to treat me with IV magnesium—the only thing that diminished the tachycardia, fainting, falls, and bradycardia starving my organs including my brain of oxygen. Caused by their doctor and then all the doctors after her who refused to refer me to a specialist, while being ignorant entirely of the drug & the harm & having no scope of practice. Severe violations of standard of care that have caused continued progressive destruction of my body, energy, cognition, health, & quality of life.
