EXCLUSIVE: Trump DOJ’s has repeatedly insisted it will not tell immigration judges how to rule, as required by law.

NEW: The Trump admin is building a network of super-powerful A.I. cameras at the border. But the cameras have been placed near parks, homes and beaches. Already, more than 1 million people live in areas where these cameras can watch them.

Homeland Security got more than $1 billion from Congress to buy another 1,500 cameras. And officials have made plans to place them in areas far beyond what Americans typically think of as the border, including a beachfront California city 70 miles from Mexico.
The @nytimes article by @apoorva_nyc still says HHS “did not provide a comment.” We sent @SecKennedy’s response more than 24 hours ago and asked them to update the story. They haven’t.
Readers deserve the full story. Here’s the response the Times has yet to include.
New: We found cops who kept using Flock to spy on women after they left the force.
One used it for five years after retirement, spying on his wife during a custody battle.
Another ran searches while he was suspended (and later fired) after killing a 15-year-old boy.

Update:
Following publication, DHS told The Sun in a statement: “The previous response was sent in error.”

A few readers have taken me to task for “missing the point of the film,” which is apparently that Elizabeth Holmes is unknowable and everything is ambiguous. Here’s my response: She went after Tyler Shultz and Erika Cheung with everything she had. I was threatened with litigation on a daily basis for months on end. It was a ruthless cover-up of a breathtaking fraud, and she was at the controls. Just a little context for those who have forgotten or didn’t follow the original story. By the way, I loved the film. #BestPicture, IMO.
A ton of people have asked me for my thoughts about “You Can See Everything,” the new Elizabeth Holmes documentary. Here they are: nytimes.com/2026/10/17/busin… via @NYTimes

Scoop: The White House investigation into a dispute between two prominent Trump supporters, Richard Grenell and Alina Habba Mildon, centers on a bank transfer from the Democratic Republic of Congo to a Texas defense company,
