Does everyone realize how quickly the medical world went from telling us to stay away from BPC-157, KPV, TB500, etc. because there were no human trials….. to telling us it’s ok, buy only if you buy it from them?

This peptide reduced visceral fat by up to 20% in clinical trials. FDA-approved. Over 800 patients studied. And somehow, it costs $11,000 A MONTH. 💀 Meet Tesamorelin — one of the most clinically studied peptides we've covered. We're breaking down EVERYTHING: 🧬 Visceral fat loss and clinical trials 💪 Muscle growth, recovery, and sleep 🧠 Growth hormone and IGF-1 💉 Tesamorelin vs. Sermorelin ⚠️ Side effects, FDA regulations, and the insane price tag The craziest part? Patients lost visceral fat while the scale barely moved.

Got into it with someone yesterday that the medical community was going to massively under dose these peptides. 500mcg 5 of 7 days is the perfect example of this.
Apparently @superpower peptides are live! So BPC-157 is $150 per bottle. This appears to be a 15 mg bottle. That is roughly a 6 week supply if done 5 days a week. Often this is mixed with TB-500, to form the ‘Wolverine’ Protocol. The way the new policy is written, it sounds like BPC-157 cannot be in the same bottle as TB-500, therefore, they have to be sold separately. The TB-500 here is also 15 mg, which is also a 6 week supply. $300 for 30 injections is $10/day. Not crazy. MOTS-c, a mitochondria peptide for skeletal muscle, weight loss and improving insulin sensitivity is one of my favorite peptides, and is traditionally done twice weekly for a month (once or twice a year). This bottle would only be good for two weeks, depending on the protocol being used. Either way, compounded peptides are now available! I discussed many of these peptides in my free substack here: open.substack.com/pub/drjess…

The last 4 months I’ve been really blessed to be able and share my recovery story with different in patient facilities. It’s been a wild 2 years. 2 years ago everyday started with a glass of whiskey and about 100mg of adderall. The days were all about balancing chemicals. To wake up with a clear mind, and true inner peace is miraculous. Incredibly grateful

I've now had three guests on my @30MinsofFame show that were given a timeline to live and all three of them said "Oh hell no" I think that's pretty amazing! Julie Rock, @NotDeadBret & @realArtEdwards

Senior? Boys are getting rude
Replying to @NotDeadBret
Focusing solely on heavy pulling movements for a senior lifts a valid concern regarding joint longevity. How are these specific exercises tailored to manage age-related connective tissue changes?

I'm very specific in what I direct my clients to do Their lifestyle is the cause of their physical ailments, we need to counteract this in the gym For example: sitting at a computer all day. Rounded shoulders, hips/hamstrings shorten, thoracic spine rounding, glutes no longer firing, disengaged scapulae They want to "look better" so they start training haphazardly or buy a general program But a good coach is going to look at what you do 23hrs/day and implement exercises which counteract that destruction and build strength through the 1hr we're in the gym Your training NEEDs to be tailored to your lifestyle otherwise you're doing yourself a disservice in your physical pursuits

Pic on the left I was 195 pounds, this was 2 weeks after my colon surgery. 18 months later I was down to 162 (2/15/25). I looked like I was on chemo. I couldn’t eat, energy was tanked and really hit a lifetime low. Fast forward 18 months and I’m back at 195 12.4% BF and close to the best shape of my life. In that 18 months I’ve had 2 heart attacks, GI Bleed, multiple blood transfusions and 2 different PE episodes. Through it all the gym, getting sober, a solid crew around me l, and a ton of work I’ve taken my life back. You can truly just do things

Ozempic DOUBLES your risk of sudden blindness?! That's what David Sinclair told Joe Rogan. And technically, the research supports an increased risk. But here's what they left out: we're talking about roughly ONE extra case per 10,000 people per year. There's a massive difference between relative risk and absolute risk. Let's talk about it.
