Thank you again to @zaminationyt for having me as Mr. Puzzles! The pilot came out great.
They let me throw in a Punisher "WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!" for this line. I'm so happy this is the take they used.

i understand being scared of CAV becoming mainstream but i care more about the show succeeding than fandom nonsense. i don’t want to let negativity get in the way of seeing something that so many people worked hard on get the praise it deserves

We have a confirmation that "Knights of Guinevere" is meant to be a longer show!!
I had a feeling that it would be a show with 20+ eps ❤️

it's weird
with the other Indie shows people seem to find reasons to hate and go the extra mile for every minor criticism but with this one it feels very shallow and the hate doesn't really make sense at all it's like they're failing to find reasons to hate and that's very funny

It was an absolute honor to be invited to the Big Bad's Lair- I mean, the wrap party for Calling All Villains!
I was one of the writers who helped write and develop Puzzles and WPNZ for SMG4's final year, so to be a part of the screening was something I will always cherish.

if you put in a bunch of stupid buzzwords and then say that something on the lines of "this is the proof that humanity will be dead by 2050" you'll immediately get 100 likes by actual gobblefunks
TV head characters becoming acceptable designs in cooperate media is a symptom of severe societal rot. TV heads were always low effort oc's made to be tumblr sexymen.

Real happy for the @zaminationyt crew and what they cooked up.
ZAMination’s ‘CALLING ALL VILLAINS’ pilot has passed 6 million views on YouTube in its first two days.
What were your thoughts on the pilot?

im not saying theres no such thing as a bad indie show and all indie animation is flawless but im very happy people are realizing that a good 80% of the hate is very performative

this was how it felt liking jax for two and a half years when everyone simped for her and made her their strong alpha boyfriend before it was revealed she was transfem
how it feels to like a character that the majority of the fandom only likes because they find them attractive

Why does literally every indie animation project have animation, characters and writing

Calling All Villains discourse as of now just boils down to this and it is disappointing.
Here we go
Also btw the audio was a YouTube issue so like ?
The pacing is something everyone has been complaining about since the existence of indie animation
Like honestly I'VE NEVER seen an Indie show without complaints in that aspect

I’m convinced people on this app wanna hate on anything just to hate because wym people are starting to hate on Calling all villains because it’s “too animated” or they “use the same body language” like what does that even mean

There's a reason why indie series never listen to social media and it's because half the time people dogpile the shows for no reason 😭
Seeing this and the suction cup man rotoscope tweet convinced me that all it takes is 1 tweet for people to dogpile on to completely flip the perception of your indie series and that really sucks
