In this tutorial, we’ll hook up a potentiometer to an MCP3008 to control the brightness of an LED by turning the knob. We’ll then add a second potentiometer and create an internet radio, using the two potentiometers to switch the station and adjust the volume.
This tutorial features in Raspberry Pi Press’ book, Simple electronics with GPIO Zero, which has been updated for the latest Raspberry Pi devices.

Hands up if you know what Dijkstra’s algorithm does... or even is?
In the 1950s, Dutch computer scientist Edsger Dijkstra developed a route-finding algorithm so important that, 70 years later, it is still part of the computer science curriculum.
Computer Science educator Rob Miles wrote this tutorial for us explaining what Dijkstra’s algorithm does, how it works, and discovering where it can be used. Along the way, you’ll brush up on some Python programming techniques, find some treasure, and learn how to build a pocket route finder using Raspberry Pi Pico.

Raspberry Pi is a common target for practical computer vision. It can sit next to a camera, inside a prototype, near a machine, on a lab bench, or in a small service that needs to run without a workstation nearby.
Friends of ours from @intel and @ultralytics created a guide showing you how to deploy Ultralytics YOLO computer vision models on Raspberry Pi with OpenVINO.
Follow the link to learn how the runtime is installed, how models become deployment artefacts, how compilation and caching affect startup, and how builds become repeatable.
