🇺🇸 A LETTER TO ALL AMERICANS 🇺🇸 KNOW YOUR RIGHTS OR CEDE THEM California has admitted below to not qualifying voters, which our forefathers and mothers insisted on as a CONDITION OF RATIFICATION. Here's the REAL story: In 1789 James Madison argued that states were just as likely to betray the Union as the new federal government was to overreach state authority. He said: “May it not happen in fine that the minority of CITIZENS may become a majority of PERSONS, by the accession of alien residents, of a casual concourse of adventurers, or of those whom the Constitution of the State has not admitted to the rights of suffrage?” Thus, we have the VOTER QUALIFICATION CLAUSE of the US Constitution. It reads: "The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature." California agreed in 1850 to restrict registration and voting to legally eligible voters, when they joined the Union. That means they agreed to know who their voters are. CA State voter eligibility law is directly incorporated into the US Constitution--including citizenship. Enforcement of every legal requirement for voter qualification in CA is a federal constitutional right. This means Americans have a sacred right to know that every one of California's 52 members in the House of Representatives and 2 US Senators were chosen ONLY by qualified voters. California just admitted they don't know. The letter attached here (responding to the amazing patriots I led under NY Citizens Audit) admits that New York doesn't know, either. In 1941, the US Supreme Court HELD (not dicta, the actual HOLDING): “Included within the right to choose, secured by the Constitution, is the right of qualified voters within a State to cast their ballots and have them counted at Congressional elections. Since the constitutional command is without restriction or limitation, this right, unlike those guaranteed by the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments, is secured against the action of individuals, as well as of States." And with that, they upheld criminal convictions of election officers who certified a false tally, an attempted usurpation of the only constitutional task belonging to the American people.
