As caregivers like Tasha Hall fight for a stronger contract, we must stand in solid solidarity to demand the fair wages and benefits they rightfully deserve. Supporting our care workers isn’t just the right thing to do—it ensures a safer, stronger, and more compassionate future for everyone. #CareIsACAValue

Tulare County IHSS workers are speaking out! A 10-cent raise is not a real investment in care. We’re on the front lines keeping older adults and people with disabilities safe at home, and we need a livable wage and a strong contract that recognizes the essential work we do every day. It’s time for Tulare County to INVEST IN CARE and the people who provide it.

𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬. 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨! SEIU 2015 members took the fight for voting rights to the Capitol. Alongside the California Democracy Partnership, we pushed for SB 1164 and SB 1360, because every voter deserves access, protection, and a voice. For our members, this is bigger than legislation, it’s about standing up for our communities and protecting every voice. Because when some of us are denied our rights, all of us are at risk. #SEIU #VotingRights #WhenWeFightWeWin
