🚨Another big win for #precisionmedicine 🚨👉🏼Today the FDA approved lirafugratinib for FGFR2‑rearranged cholangiocarcinoma. ⭐️I still remember the first patient in the universe we enrolled on the trial during the peak of the pandemic. Three days in - I called the amazing Ben- the then CMO of @Relay_Tx “Your drug is working, working too good. We need to work on the right dosing & get it right for patients. New PDAC NCCN guidelines published 9/11/26, daraxonrasib updates posted below. No surprise for the category 1 recommendation in the 2L. Also includes options in progressive locally advanced disease, metastatic recurrence, and 1L mgmt of ECOG 2 and ECOG 3 populations.

@NCCN please rapidly update the #pancreaticcancer guidelines. Insurance company AI denying patients Daraxonrasib and recommending I try gem/erlotinib first. Probably because it remains on guidelines for a 2 week survival advantage! I hope the guidelines will consider removing
