Merchandising is where most stores actually win or lose, so putting an agent in the collections flow is more useful than another chat box. Curious how many merchants let Sidekick just do it versus review every change. Would love someone from Shopify on my show to talk about that.

I don’t like this grid product view at all. how can we default list view? also having the product template switcher at the bottom is not very friendly. most of the times we have to open collection and switch a template, which was in viewport, now we have to scroll a lot to reach

Great but please can we also have the ability to search for a product in the collection instead of having to scroll through to find it... And can we split it into segments, so that the first segment is sorted manually and the second (and third if necessary) sorted automatically

Building collections around variants is a nice touch for merchants

Note: With multi-source collections and variant-level grouping, the effective product/variant count in a collection can grow faster than the old model. That’s great for merchandising, but it also means stores can hit Shopify’s collection/search-filter limits sooner than expected

Shop is unethical. I have tried to unsubscribe...it won’t let me. Tells me there is a website problem or some such. I tried to contact customer service...allows me to fill everything out, but then will not let me send. My next step is the FCC.
