That's a wrap on the 2026 FTS/SURS Joint Meeting in Arlington. Three days, one room, and every argument the field is having right now: who to treat, how to image the margin, when to salvage, what the guidelines should say, and how to actually run the trials. On the SURS side, semi-live surgery that reminded everyone why this meeting is worth the trip. Old friends, new ones, and a lot of hallway conversations that will turn into papers and trials.
