Congrats to @solana on bringing Alpenglow to mainnet yesterday.
We timed it on a public RPC node before and after the switch. Blocks now finalize roughly 35 times faster than they did under TowerBFT.

We signaled for @celestia’s v10 upgrade, which brought Fibre to mainnet on October 20.
To date, 67 of 95 active validators have registered their Fibre address onchain.

NEAR’s MPC network now runs with 17 live mainnet operators, funded by the Protocol.
The MPC network is a decentralized network composed of highly reputable, independent operators that power Chain Signatures, the signing layer behind NEAR Intents. HSP-007, approved by House of Stake, moves MPC node operations from discretionary grants to a standing program paid from Protocol emissions and governed by NEAR token holders.
Mainnet operators include @astrostakers, @auroraisnear, @Bitwise, Blacksand, @everstake_pool, @greenfield_cap, @HashKeyCloud, Klever, @luganodes, @MPCH_Labs, @nansen_ai, @NatsaiOU, Near One, @Nodemonste, @StakinOfficial (The TIE), @staking4all, and @svrn_ai.
This new incentive program helps ensure the critical signing infrastructure that powers NEAR Intents and the cross-chain economy has a funding model built for the long run.

The v10 upgrade on @celestia reached the 5/6 voting-power threshold 2.3 days after its mainnet release, versus 8.1 days for v9.
It brings Fibre and is scheduled for block 15,116,658.

In a live test at Sui Basecamp on October 7, @SuiNetwork reported a peak of 40.6M transactions per second across its tunnels.
This is 6.7x its 6.1M peak from July.

Glamsterdam, the next major upgrade to @ethereum, went live on the Sepolia testnet today. A mainnet date hasn't been set yet.
It comes as activity has climbed this year. Mainnet transactions rose 35% year over year in Q3, while the average gas price fell 65%.

.@celestia ran an end-to-end benchmark of Fibre, its new high-throughput data availability layer, across 120 validators.
It sustained 3.07 Tb/s over the full 143-second run, with peaks of 3.69 Tb/s over 60 seconds and 4.27 Tb/s over 30.
