As a tax payer that contributes towards funding the CPS. I would genuinely like to know the answer to this.
It is not in the public interest, so therefore does not meet the threshold to prosecute .
It does not matter if you love Tommy or hate him.
You should all be demanding a fair and honest judiciary.
There is absolutely no debating the fact that we do not currently have a fair, honest and independent judiciary.

Usual suspect who murdered a man by driving into him in a town centre, before fleeing the scene and trying to hide his car, has been jailed.
Matthew Weller, 44, was struck by a VW Passat in Accrington town centre.
Muhammad Haarith, had admitted manslaughter and denied murder, but was convicted at Preston Crown Court on Friday.
The 23-year-old was given a life sentence, with a minimum of 16 years and five days in prison.
